These terms apply to web design, web development, SEO, and related digital services provided by Miguel Ramos to clients on a freelance basis. The specific scope of each project is defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed before work commences.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the project scope described at the time; changes to scope may result in revised pricing. A written agreement must be signed before any work begins.
A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before work starts. The remaining balance is due on delivery of the completed project. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate applicable in Spain.
All content (text, images, logos) supplied by the client remains the property of the client. Custom code and design created by Miguel Ramos transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Miguel Ramos retains the right to display completed work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any third-party credentials (hosting, domain, etc.) required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed delivery dates.
Miguel Ramos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albacete, Spain.
